The head. As astute observer will notice a striking similarity between his ears and the elephant's ears. Yes, I have a special affinity for cockeyed, floppy ears.

I made his head fatter, too.
I shaped his head a little, then my dad pointed out that his neck was all wrong, in that he had a neck. I looked at pictures, and realized that he was right.
I added another layer of wire to the bottom of his neck, smoothing the curve from the bottom of his head to the bottom of his chest. It made him look a lot more like the horse-donkey-something-or-other that he's supposed to be.
